The Province of Ontario has entered Step 3 of it’s Roadmap to Re-Open. We at Kaneff Golf have eagerly been awaiting clarification as to what these parameters mean for us as a venue and the safe execution of your event. We have detailed below the current parameters in place. Step 3 started July 16th, 2021, and is expected to last a minimum of 21 days. As we have further information from the province, we will update this document and forward accordingly. Please reach out to your sales representative or your contact at your booked facility for further information on guidance for your event.
Total number of patrons determined by physical distancing of 6 feet / 2 metres to a maximum of 50% capacity or 1,000 people whichever is less.
Aberdeen Room – 50% is 100ppl (no dancing). 25% is 50ppl (dancing at event)
Muirfield Room – 50% is 200ppl (no dancing). 25% is 100ppl (dancing event)
Banquet Room – 50% is 100ppl (no dancing). 25% is 50ppl (dancing at event)
MEAL & BAR SERVICE
Buffets are permitted in the Step 3 Regulation.
Cocktail Reception – passed hors d’oeuvres and/or drinks must be consumed while seated at an individuals designated table.
Bar – Beverage service is permitted. Guests are to line up with a 2 meter distance between persons
**All patrons must wear face coverings and must return to their seats prior to removing face covering to eat or consume beverage**
There are no limits to the number of people seated at a table. We generally work with tables of 8ppl.
MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
Playing music at a meeting or event, including weddings, is permitted. There is no longer a limit on the volume of music. DJs are permitted. Live music is permitted at a meeting or event and the performer must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet / 2 metres from audience unless separated by a plexiglass barrier.

In accordance to the recommendations made by the Province of Ontario our guests will be required to follow a series of screening, safety, and sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of you and your guests. We are required to have a staff member at the entrance completing a covid compliance check list with each and every guest/vendoron site at your event.
COVID VACCINE PASSPORT
As of September 22, 2021 all guests and vendors attending our venues will be required to be fully vaccinated (plus 14 days). Guests will be required to provide proof of vaccination (pdf or print-out from the ministry of health) and a valid ID. Exception to those under 12 years of age. On October 22, 2021 guests and vendors will be required to provide the QR code as provided by the Verification App designated by the Province of Ontario as proof of full vaccination (plus 14 days). Those who have received their vaccinations internationally can visit the below website to receive the required documentation as proof of full vaccination through ArriveCAN:
**Negative COVID test results will not be accepted in lieu of full vaccination
MASK & DISTANCE REQUIREMENTS
Every person on the premises shall wear a mask or face covering in a manner that covers their mouth, nose and chin during any period in which they are in an indoor area of the premises including dancefloor. Maintain a physical distance of at least two metres from every other person, except from their caregiver or from members of the person’s household.
